Are you a dynamic, motivated, and self-driven individual with a background in engineering? The Project Management Unit is seeking dedicated professionals willing to carry out extensive fieldwork and put in long hours to develop sports infrastructure across Punjab.

Open Positions & Requirements:

1. Deputy Project Directors (Engineering)

  • Number of Posts: 03 (North Region, Center Region, South Region)
  • Qualification & Experience: B.E (Civil), must be a PEC registered engineer with a minimum of 15 years of construction experience in the private sector. A background in developing sports infrastructure is preferred.
  • Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month (Lump Sum)

2. Asst. Project Directors (Engineering)

  • Number of Posts: 04 (Lahore Division, Rawalpindi Division, Sargodha Division)
  • Qualification & Experience: B.E (Civil), must be a PEC registered engineer with a minimum of 10 years of construction experience in the private sector. A background in developing sports infrastructure is preferred.
  • Salary: PKR 207,900/- per month (Lump Sum)

3. Asst. Project Director (Civil/Electrical)

  • Number of Posts: 01 (Lahore Division)
  • Qualification & Experience: B.E (Civil/Electrical), must be a PEC registered engineer with a minimum of 5 years of construction experience in the private sector. A background in developing sports infrastructure is preferred.
  • Salary: PKR 207,900/- per month (Lump Sum)

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Responsibilities: Manage cash requirements, ATM operations, customer services, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.

4. Head General Ledger (GL) Operations Unit

  • Grade: AVP/NAVP
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Responsibilities: Reconcile GL accounts, monitor discrepancies, and ensure financial integrity and compliance.

5. Head Efficiency & Enforcement Unit

  • Grade: AVP/NAVP
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking/Financial Institutions.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Responsibilities: Implement management decisions, maintain disciplinary case databases, and recover outstanding dues.

6. Head Central Processing Unit (CPU)

  • Grade: AVP/NAVP
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee account opening/closing, minimize operational risks, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.

7. Law Officer

  • Grade: OG-I
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Qualification: LLB from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Responsibilities: Handle recovery cases, prepare legal documents, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the organization in courts.

General Information:

  • Age Limit: VPS/XP1 (55 years), AVP/NAVP (45 years), OG-I (40 years).
