✅ Job Responsibilities
For Virtual Assistant:
- Respond to emails and customer queries
- Manage social media messages and orders
- Assist in scheduling and task follow-ups
- Coordinate with the logistics and product teams
- Prepare basic reports and status updates
For Data Entry:
- Input product details into the website/backend
- Maintain updated pricing and stock records
- Process order data and customer records
- Perform quality checks on uploaded content
📌 Requirements
- Intermediate or Graduate degree (minimum)
- Good command of English and Urdu
- Strong familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic IT tools
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail
- Prior VA/Data Entry experience is a plus
