🩺 Job Summary
As a Pool Nurse in the Domiciliary Services team, you will:
- Deliver personalized nursing care to patients at their homes
- Support patient recovery, safety, and well-being
- Help patients and families manage health conditions with compassion and professionalism
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care at patients’ residences based on physician’s care plan
- Administer medications, manage wounds, and perform nursing procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to doctors
- Educate patients and families on hygiene, medication, and care techniques
- Maintain and update documentation and patient records
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and schedule home visits
- Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety standards
- Work flexible shifts based on demand and availability
💡 Knowledge & Competencies
Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
- In-depth knowledge of nursing standards, home care protocols, and infection control
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing (RN/PN/CNA) from a recognized institute (valid PNC license required)
- Certifications: BLS / First Aid (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years, preferably in:
- Home care nursing
- Medical-surgical care
- Community care nursing
