🛠 Job Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance activities of machinery, equipment, and plant utilities
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain logs, service reports, and ensure timely repairs
- Coordinate with the production department for equipment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement
- Lead and train maintenance technicians and support staff
✅ Job Requirements
- Education: DAE / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory maintenance role (industrial/factory setting preferred)
- Skills Needed:
- Preventive Maintenance Planning
- Knowledge of Industrial Safety Protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues
- Team management and shift supervision
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Maintenance logs, ERP systems)
