About the Opportunity:

HBFC invites Chartered Accountant (CA) Firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) to apply for enlistment on its panel. This is in compliance with:

• Rule 3(a) of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Rules 2018.
• Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure).

Scope of Work:

Selected firms will provide financial and auditing services as per HBFC’s requirements.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements:

1. Eligibility:
   • Firm must be registered with ICAP.
2. Documents Required:
   • Technical & Financial Proposals (prepared as per EOI instructions).
   • Fixed Bid Security: PKR 50,000/- (via Pay Order/Bank Draft).

     • Original must be sent in a sealed envelope to HBFC’s address below.
