• Responsibilities: Manage loan advances, recovery installments, employee relations, welfare funds, and liaison with government agencies.

2. Head Fraud & Forgery Unit

• Grade: AVP/NAVP
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking/Financial Institutions.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Responsibilities: Maintain fraud/forgery records, lodge FIRs, file references with NAB, and ensure regulatory compliance.

3. Head Branch Operations Unit

• Grade: AVP/NAVP
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Responsibilities: Manage cash requirements, ATM operations, customer services, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.

4. Head General Ledger (GL) Operations Unit

• Grade: AVP/NAVP
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Responsibilities: Reconcile GL accounts, monitor discrepancies, and ensure financial integrity and compliance.

5. Head Efficiency & Enforcement Unit

• Grade: AVP/NAVP
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking/Financial Institutions.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Responsibilities: Implement management decisions, maintain disciplinary case databases, and recover outstanding dues.

6. Head Central Processing Unit (CPU)

• Grade: AVP/NAVP
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Responsibilities: Oversee account opening/closing, minimize operational risks, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.

7. Law Officer

• Grade: OG-I
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Qualification: LLB from an HEC-recognized university.
• Responsibilities: Handle recovery cases, prepare legal documents, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the organization in courts.

General Information:

• Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in virtualization technologies, including deployment, administration, and optimization of VMware, vSphere, and KVM-based environments.
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of CIFS, NFS, Object Storages, S3, Linux, Unix, bash scripting, automation tools (e.g., Ansible/Puppet), Windows, Webservers, DNS servers, virtualization (VMware, KVM, Openshift), CI/CD, Subversion, and Backup & Restore software.
• Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructure architecture.
  • Optimize infrastructure for performance to meet organizational requirements.
  • Implement robust security measures against cyber threats.
  • Oversee backup and recovery operations, including data integrity checks.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for infrastructure design and procedures.
• Professional certifications in Linux and/or Virtualization will be preferred.
