  • Responsibilities: Reconcile GL accounts, monitor discrepancies, and ensure financial integrity and compliance.

5. Head Efficiency & Enforcement Unit

  • Responsibilities: Implement management decisions, maintain disciplinary case databases, and recover outstanding dues.

6. Head Central Processing Unit (CPU)

  • Responsibilities: Oversee account opening/closing, minimize operational risks, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.
