The Pakistan Cricket Board is looking for a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is central to creating high-quality, engaging graphic content for PCB and Pakistan Super League (PSL) social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and publishing timely match coverage, including visuals and live updates, to enhance audience engagement and maintain a strong, consistent digital presence.

About the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)

The Pakistan Cricket Board is the national governing body for cricket in Pakistan. We are responsible for promoting, developing, and maintaining general control over the game of cricket throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities)

• Design and develop engaging graphics for PCB and PSL social media platforms.
• Create daily content, including promotional posts, match announcements, and event visuals.
• Provide real-time graphic support during live match coverage and other cricket events.
• Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Education:

• Minimum of a BS degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a relevant qualification.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Previous experience in the sports industry is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual skills with a proven ability to design visually impactful and engaging content.
• Time Management: Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to work outside standard hours, including weekends, to support live sporting events.
