Attent all relative calls and transfer it to concerned departments.
Make call everyday as directed by the office staff.
Keep a track of call log and update it on daily basis.
Keep a check on daily trainings, conferences and meetings in the office.
Attend all guests/clients at the office.
Should be able to handle PABX system efficiently.
Should have knowledge of telephone etiquettes.
