Job Description:

The position is responsible for oversee and implementation of Development / Emergency Response Projects through Implementing partners. Supervise field staffs, Facilitate exchange of information; oversee compilation of data for reports. Oversee provision of technical training to staff. In consulting with Program Manager, prepare and review projects work plans and budgets to best respond to the need of projects. Participate in design of new projects. Coordinates and monitor the sub-projects activities with staff and partners. Helps design and implement training activities to develop programming and management skills of participating partner organizations.
The incumbent will contribute to the organizational commitment to promote gender equity and diversity at organizational and program level.

Skills Required:

SKILLS
General management, community development, project design and implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, report writing, good spoken and written skills of English( Knowledge of Pushto will be preferred). Computer skills in MS office are required.

GENERAL
A high level of communication skills, conflict resolution and decision making capacities. The position will be required to travel to all project areas and willingness to work in emergency situations under difficult life conditions.
