Grants Finance Officer
at Care International in Pakistan in Islamabad
The post holder is responsible for providing financial support functions to include: data processing, recording, reviewing of transactions including project level payments and receipts, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, assessment of IPs against CARE financial standards including IP financial reports review and certification, assisting Project Managers in analysis of utilization of the project budgets and appropriate charging of costs, and maintaining project related financial documentation. The position holder would review financial documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with GAAP and applicable donor regulations. The position holder would visit field areas and IPs for verification of propriety on financial management and provide capacity building to ensure compliance to donor and CARE regulations. This position would directly report to the Grants Finance Manager.
