RF Optimization Engineer
at Mobilink GSM (PMCL) in Islamabad
Job Description:
Monitor the network for any service degradation
Monitor service KPIs on daily basis and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct routine drive testing and post processing of drive test logs
Conduct performance analysis benchmarking
Investigate RF optimization issues and complaints
Generate work orders and follow up/ prepare daily statistical reports
Develop Software tools, processes and methods to facilitate network optimization
Skills Required:
Essential Skills
Mastery of different wireless access technologies
Ability to write queries/macro in MS Access/excel
Excellent knowledge of GSM, RF Propagation and digital communications demonstrated by experience or knowledge
Proficiency in operating MS Office suite
Desirable Skills
Visual basic experience
