Regional Manager Liaison & External Communications

Job Description:
Lead, manage, develop and motivate the School based Administration, Academic administrative, faculty and University/College support Team in a manner consistent with RSS policies, procedures, culture, rules and strategically develop support, resources, faculty and standards of academic excellence to ensure the adequate provision of academic,administrative and financial support for all School or region based initiatives and operations. The role of the manager is the backbone of school operations, and is key is to the academic, administrative and financial success of the school or region. The School Manger role encompasses all responsibilities, procedures, rules, policies to be implemented from tasks as broad as school admissions, student admissions assessments, staff recruitment, payroll, Fee software management, Fee collections, Event management, school coordination, attendance,reporting, inter school communications, parental management, public relations, school calendar, school development, audit and financial reporting to the head office on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Skills Required:
Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Accurately record, remember and verbally communicate detailed information.
Assisting in the development and implementation of wider administrative policies within the School.
Well versed with RSS policies both administration and Academics, and standard management practices in RSS.
Excellent interpersonal skills/ motivational skills.
Experience of working cooperatively and sportively as a member of multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Proactive approach with excellent follow up.
Strong verbal and written business correspondence / presentation skills.
Good negotiation skills, analytical skills.
Preparing & analyzing reports and correspondence.
Planning and Crisis Management
Project Management.
Team building / Leadership role.
Commitment to excellence in customer service.
Knowledge of the RSS admissions process and admissions criteria
Managing the school minimum staffing level resources keeping expenditure under close review.
Ability to work effectively with parents and student.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
