CSR - Chat Support

Job Description:
As a member of CSR- Chat Support team, you shall be required to:
* Chat with live customers from USA / UK in order to provide support regarding our products * Provide the customers with price quotations on different products and process their orders through to the production team * Interact with different departments within the organization to get the best price quotations * Follow up with the customers / clients via emails.Skills Required:
- Fixed Salary plus very attractive commission plans. – Excellent Business Communication Skills with fluency in English. – Typing Speed should be at least 50 – 60 wpm. – Positions vacant for afternoon / evening / night shifts.
