Job Description:
* Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence * Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls * Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies * Respond to public inquiries * Type confidential letters, documents and other related correspondence * Provide adequate secretarial and administrative support to other departments including Marketing, Technical and accountsSkills Required:
- Expert level Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol – Professional verbal and written communication skills – File Management and official documentation – Time Management and meeting Coordination
Note: Candidates with any secretarial and/or office management courses will be preferred
