Job Description:
ApexChat is currently processing 50,000+ chats per month on behalf of 1500+ US businesses. To meet the growing chat volume and growing customer base we are looking to add several chat agents.
Candidates must possess excellent English reading, writing and comprehension skills. English test will be given.
Responsibilities:
Agents will handle incoming chat calls from US based businesses such as Automotive dealerships, attorneys, plastic surgeons and more. We are running 24x7 however we are servicing the US market therefore the peak chat hours are from 8pm to 4am. Ability to work from home a plus. Training will be provided. Our current office is in Karachi.

Skills Required:
Candidates must possess exceptional English comprehension and English writing skills.
Must also be well versed with the use of computers and be able to work during the night to service the US market.
Must be a good at multitasking.
Candidates must be able to commute to our current office in evening and night hours.
