Job Description:

Experience in Developing large scale business applications and web based projects
Ability to Manage a team of Developers

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Strong skills in design, development, debugging, and problem solving

Reviews deliverable prepared by team before passing to client.

Effectively applies required methodology and enforces project standards.

Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Minimum 1 years of Experience as Team Leader

Very Good Communication skill

Skills Required:

Experience with .NET, C#, WCF, WPF, web services, and Object Oriented programming

Multi-threaded programming development experience

Must have strong TSQL, Database Designing and administration skills.
