Preferably, you know AS2 or AS3.
You have an eye, you are perfect with designs; you know how to work with the local clients.

Action Scripting
Javascript (not a requirement)
Perfect Design sense
Previous 1 year experience in an ad agency or just very good at designing flash ads
Can work under pressure
Very Very Cool and pleasant personality.
