Lead SQA Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for Lead SQA Engineer:
- Defines, develops and implements Quality Assurance practices and procedures, Test plans and other QA assessments.
- Must be able to understand project concept, objectives and approach of testing w.r.t. User Acceptance.
- Must have thorough understanding and hands-on experience of stress testing and tracking of change management.
- Be able to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to manage team of QA Engineers/Testers.
Skills Required:
- Must have at least five years of experience in Web based and Desktop application testing.
- Must be dynamic and have strong analytical skills.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
