PHP Application Developer

We are looking for serious developers (multiple positions) with conceptually strong programming background. Individual must be a go-getter, self-starter with strong communication skills. Qualifications for the Position
- 3-4 years of web development, including expertise in HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and PHP
- Ability to develop and implement high-quality code in a timely manner is essential
- Demonstrated capacity to work with multiple software development life cycle methodologies including Scrum
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail, serving as an escalation point for technical problems
Specific Skills Required
- Expert knowledge of standards-based HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
- Expert knowledge of PHP
- Experience in other object-oriented server-side scripting languages a plus (Ruby/JSP)
- Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team
- Content Management System Architecture
- Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications
- Extensive structured programming experience
- A win-win approach and the ability to work well as part of a broader team
- Ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of stakeholders, including customers, QA, operations
