Legal Counsel
at Corporate Support Services (Private) Limited in Karachi
Job Description:
The role of the Legal Counsel will involve:
- Facilitating client intake and counseling
- Research and facilitation for providing advice on tax and corporate law matters to clients along with Senior Consultants
- Facilitation in research and drafting of case/court papers with Senior Advocate(s) in tax cases
- Guiding team members in compliance matters
- Negotiating and drafting contracts
- Checking legal forms for accuracy
-Preparing declarations
-Protecting intellectual property
Skills Required:
- In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles
- The ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy
- The ability to perform legal research
- Knowledge of Corporate Laws
- Knowledge of Tax Laws
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Impressive grades in O/A Levels or minimum A grade in Matriculation and Intermediate
