1) Capable of writing technical documents
2) Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
3) Should be able to develop document and powerpoint templates
4) Analytical and Investigative Skills
5) Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
6) Excellent communication and reporting skills
