Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares quotes, contracts for potential customers

Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations

Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications

Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by:

- Developing technical presentations for potential customers

- Maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations

- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Basic understanding of technology or equivalent

- Ability to configure high-end hardware solution

Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel

Excellent oral/written communication skills, well developed presentation skills, excellent customer relations skills

Presenting product presentation & company information to potential customers.

Visit customer location for potential product inquiry.

Conduct meetings with new potential customers as well as old Customers in office premises or outside.

Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits, visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new market
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets, Contacting clients by phone to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales

Skills Required:

- Ability to understand and explain high-end hardware solutions
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
- Pleasant personality and problem solving attitude and skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Well developed presentation skills.
