The Manager Administration/Human Resource is responsible for all administrative and Human Resource issues for USEA, which include:
General Administration
Repair & Maintenance
Health & Safety Issues
Provision of necessary office supplies and human resource related issues (recruitment, discipline, counseling and evaluation).
Skills Required:
- Communication Skill,
- Human Resources Management Skill,
- IT & Computer Skill.
- HRMIS Skill
- Strong knowledge of local Labor Law
