Job Description:

1) Deliver presentations of products at customer sites and at conferences and exhibitions.
2) Meet annual sales targets.
3) Attend trade exhibitions and user group meetings. 4) Maintain company’s contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details.
5) Produce monthly sales reports.
6)Provide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.
7)Support product development by testing new product releases and acting as a Senior User.
8) Identify and make contact with potential customers.
9)Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers.
10)Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans.
11) Assist in the identification of opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products.
12) Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.
13) Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market.
14) Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company products.
15) Ensure that company has an in depth understanding of the users of company products and their ongoing needs.
